Bucure\u015ftii Noi no. 52, Sector 1, as follows:<\/p>\n<p class=\"x_MsoNormal\">Item 2 of the agenda of the General Meeting of Shareholders is amended as follows:<\/p>\n<p class=\"x_MsoNormal\">\u201c2. Appointment of a new member to the Board of Directors and appointment of two Vice-Chairmen. The list containing information on the name, place of residence and professional qualification of the proposed persons shall be available to shareholders in the Human Resources and Shareholding Department.\u201d<\/p>\n<p class=\"x_MsoNormal\">The other provisions of the initial convening notice, which are not amended by this convening notice, remain unchanged.
