Bucure\u0219tii Noi nr. 52, sector 1, with the following AGENDA:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>RevocationofNicolaePalfiasmemberandVice-President oftheAdministration Board anddismissalof Mr.GicaD\u0103nil\u0103andMr.KolumbanGabor as members of the Administration Board<\/li>\n<li>AppointmentofanewmembertotheAdministration Board and appointment ofaVice-Thelistcontaininginformationonthename,placeofresidenceandprofessionalqualificationoftheproposedpersonsisavailabletoshareholdersintheHumanResourcesandShareholding Department.<\/li>\n<li>Approvalofadministration<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In case of non-meeting of the quorum required by law and the articles of incorporation, the Ordinary General Meeting ofShareholders will be held on 06.11.2026, at 10.00, at the headquarters of the Bucharest Branch, in Bucharest, Bld.
