Albacher Beer, unpasteurized, produced in the only factory in Romania that has microfiltration throughout the entire production stream

Albacher beer is produced by the Romaqua Group at Sebes factory, commissioned on May 1, 2008, a factory that incorporates the most modern technologies in the world, and the only factory in Romania that has microfiltration throughout the entire production flow.
Filtering through kieselguhr, pasteurization and stabilization by PVPP or Silica Gel, processes common to brewing factories in Romania, were excluded from the Romaqua project. It has been chosen from the start for state-of-the-art technology, being one of the few factories in the world to produce whole beer without kieselguhr and pasteurization.

Only cold microfiltration processes are used without any chemical or thermal treatment of the beer, stabilization being by agarose filtration, agar-agar algae extract, which is also a state-of-the-art, ecological and no-residue technology.

Being completely unpasteurized, a living beer with a unique taste, characterized by unmistakable freshness, is obtained.
